Ø    Incentive such a concession in shop or Hotels should be restrained by advertisement and not be used to voters turn out.

Ø    Basic minimum facility to polling station.

Ø    Poll day- SMS system to be streamlined.

Ø    EVMs – 2^nd level check / Mock poll.       “EVMs security measure” EVMs storage – after 2^nd level check.

Ø    EVMs training for mock poll to ( Presiding officer +1 another person)

Ø    Mock Poll – 6 AM /Revised instruction. (Minimum 50 presses must).

Ø    Mock poll certificate.

Ø    Polling agents can remain present in the polling station unless the EVMs are collected after poll hours are over.

Ø    Strong Room safety to be checked by D.M / S.P. One senior officer must move to strong room and make their entry on visitor register.

Ø    Senior officers visit to vulnerable Hamlet & make one contact person in each vulnerable hamlets.

Ø    CEO must get abstract of the complaint monitoring from district level.

Ø    Basic minimum facility to polling station.

Ø    Equitable distribution of space taken up with municipal body.

Ø    Every polling station will have two earn people irrespective of criticality or be it CAPF or state police.

THREE MAJOR CONCERN :-

Ø    Half of state force is moving. So, early arrival of CAPF will facilitate us for area domination.

Ø    Drinking water – Repair is okey. [102 Polling booth without water]

Ø    Motor bike vahinis- Blanket ban (difficult to implement)

VULNERABILITY MAPPING :-

Ø    No. of intimidator ≤ No. of intimidated people.

Ø    Collect the vulnerable hamlet & intimated voters list – micro level.

Ø    Redo the vulnerability re-exercise within 7 days – submit a report to CEO.
